We’ve been in lockdown for 43 days and counting. Who’s getting itchy feet and cabin fever?

We are only supposed to be going out for essential visits – for food shopping, for health reasons, and work (if you are unable to work from home).

But we’ve seen reports of queues at drive-thru coffee shops and home improvement stores. Is it time to start relaxing the lockdown restrictions?

However, we have to ask – are we out the woods yet? A total of 2,795 people have now died with confirmed or suspected cases of the virus in Scotland. These people are someone’s mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter.

We have thousands of people across the country shielding because they are considered vulnerable because of their age or underlying health conditions.

Social distancing rules are to be reviewed tomorrow. Let us know what you think.
