Wild weather is causing disruption and cancellations of CalMac island ferry services today and tomorrow.
Due to adverse weather conditions the remainder of today’s sailings on the Sound of Barra service are cancelled.
The 2pm sailing from Berneray and the 3.03pm sailing from Leverburgh have also been cancelled. The next sailing will be at 8am from Berneray tomorrow, Thursday, November 14th, weather permitting.
On Thursday, November 14th, the 7am ex Lochboisdale, the 8.05am ex Castlebay to Oban; and the 3.40pm ex Oban to Castlebay/Lochboisdale services may be disrupted due to forecast of NW winds gusting to 51mph.
