Undeclared peanuts

Sainsbury’s has recalled numerous types of its own-brand pesto products, over fears they may contain undeclared peanuts.

The supermarket has issued point-of-sale notices to customers, advising them to contact the relevant allergy helpline for advice if needed.

What should I do if I’ve bought one of these products?

The Foods Standards Agency (FSA) explains: “If you have bought any of the above products and have an allergy to peanuts, do not eat them.
