New to this year’s festival is mountain biking. Mountain biking is extremely popular across Scotland and the Isle of Harris has some of the best biking trails anywhere.

The organisers hope to cater to all levels of mountain biker, starting off with a challenging race for the more experienced and a guided mountain bike ride for those new to the sport.

Hire bikes will be available for the guided ride but there will be limited numbers so early booking will be essential.

We hope that the race will grow year on year and become a big draw from cyclists across the UK and beyond!
