The final section of a mammoth rowing challenge will take place in Lewis Sports Centre this Saturday - but it could be the toughest yet.
David Graham set himself the challenge of rowing the length of the River Gambia to raise funds for local charities Hebrides Alpha and The Gambia Partnership and has been rowing 45,000 metres weekly for the last five months plus undertaking two half marathons.
This Saturday he will finish with a marathon but is also looking for volunteers to take on 1k rows alongside him.
From 10am there will be 42 five minute slots which can be booked for £10 with the fastest Male and Fastest Female winning prizes.
