Western Isles Championships
As the mercury continued to rise at the Stornoway Running Track on Saturday, personal bests and top times were heading in the other direction at the annual Western Isles Championships.
A cracking day of athletics saw athletes from Eriskay Athletics Club, North Uist Athletics Club and Stornoway Running and Athletics Club compete for medals throughout the day.
Both track and field events were on the menu and all the big winners will be featured in a special two page spread in this week’s Stornoway Gazette. On sale Thursday, June 9.
