What’s the last piece of clothing you bought?

A metallic trophy jacket from Mulberry. It was a steal in one of their famous sample sales.

What are you addicted to buying?

I’m addicted to statement shoes and boots – anything that’s glittery or bowed and patent. My current go-to for amazing shoes is Camilla Elphick – her shoes are dreamy.

Best ever bargain?

A gilt-buttoned Celine blazer that I found hidden in a charity shop off High Street Kensington. It was only £35.

Who has great style?

Vogue Paris editor Emmanuelle Alt has such a cool androgynous style; no-one looks better in jeans, fierce boots and a blazer.

Name your favourite high street shop.

Can I have two? It would have to be Zara for catwalk-inspired pieces with a bit of Topshop for footwear and accessories.

Any fashion disasters you’d care to tell us about?

When I underestimated how sheer my maxi-dress was and wore some pretty dreadful underwear underneath; the shame.

What’s your favourite item in your wardrobe?

A pair of vintage mechanic overalls. I think they’re very Isabel Marant but they’re probably more Top Gun.
