Rovers lost 3-2 at Blantyre last Wednesday night before crashing 1-0 at ‘home’ to leaders Bellshill on Saturday, in a game played at Tileworks Park in Stonehouse.

The Bellshill defeat came despite Carluke dominating large parts of the game. The only goal of the game was scored just before half-time when Bellshill scored after the ball had been flicked on from a corner.
